STURDIVANT - Tom Mayberry, 53, died Oct. 29, 2004, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis.
Born Oct. 3, 1951, in Sturdivant, son of Raymond Mayberry of Advance and the late Polly Hahn Mayberry, he graduated in 1969 from Advance High School. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Advance and was a deckhand for Luhr Brothers.
On Sept. 7, 1985, at Advance, he married Karen Beal who survives of the home.
Survivors in addition to his wife and father include: his stepmother, Sidney Mayberry of Advance; two sons, Danny Mayberry of Chaffee and David Mayberry of Memphis, Tenn.; two daughters, Tina Skaggs of Kinder and ReDawn Howard of Sturdivant; two brothers, Donnie Mayberry of Zalma and Tony Mayberry of Rockwood, Ill.; one half brother, Mark Grindstaff of Louisville, Ky.; two half sisters, Shawn Sales of Farmington and Tiffany Deimund of Cape Girardeau; and four grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren.
Services were conducted at 10 a.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance with the Rev. Eric Shrum officiating.
Burial followed in Morgan Memorial Park at Advance.
