SIKESTON -- Results of Tuesday's Sikeston Area Youth Baseball League action were as follows.

ROOKIE LEAGUE

Dylan Mason and Paden Cook each stroked two hits in two at-bats to lead Dairy Queen to its shutout victory.

First Midwest Bank's last-inning rally from a 12-7 deficit fell just short in the one-run loss.

Jared Boyd homered and Colton Hampton hammered a two-run triple to lead Fabrite.

Chase Gaines homered, tripled and doubled for Midwest, while teammate Caleb Dannenmueller had a triple.

Blanchard overtook Randy's with three runs, including the gamewinner, in the last inning. Blanchard's Blake Below, Gus Eby and Joe Cooksey had two hits each. Seth Russell and Colton Black rapped three hits each for Randy's.

MUSIAL LEAGUE

Standard Democrat ripped 14 hits in its rout of Noffel.

Drew Harper and Jefferson Stallings led Standard Democrat with three hits each and Connor Landers, the winning pitcher, added two. Trey Tigart homered for Noffel.

Taylor Scott, Sam Lincoln, Zach Shaw and new pickup Drew Harper pounded two hits each for Kirby's, while Logan Riggins collected two for Morlan.

NATIONAL LEAGUE

Jason Issacs went the distance on the mound and went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead KSIM, while teammate Zac Myers also ripped three hits.

Blake Hurt went 3-for-3 for Lions and Tanner Bryant was 2-for-3.

Jimmy Obermark tossed a one-hit shutout with 10 strikeouts for Wild Eyes, while Wesley Glaus and Josh Williams stroked three hits apiece. Obermark, Colton Young and Mike Kuykendall added two hits each for the winners.

Bryan Freed had the lone Lewis' hit.

JUNIOR BABE RUTH

Lambert picked up the win; Baker and Freed went 4-for-4 for House of Colors. The Elks were led by Dillender and Ayers with two hits each.

In a slugfest, Noranda outlasted U.S. Bank. Droddy went 4-for-4 with a homer and two RBIs for Noranda, while Mayfield was 3-for-4 with two RBIs for U.S. Bank. Tew also homered for Noranda.
