Mary Hawkins

DEMOPOLIS, Ala. - Mary B. Hawkins, 80, died Oct. 2, 2002, at the Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ditman Hawkins.

Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Tom Chesshir of Nashville, Ark., and Linda H. and Don Huckabee of Demopolis; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Peggy Hawkins of Lena, Miss.; four sisters, Fern Long of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Inis Stamper of Bell City, Mo., Barbara Lewis of Puxico, Mo., and Nona Evans of Chaffee, Mo.; and seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 1 p.m. Saturday until service time at 2 p.m. at the Kidd-Robbins Funeral Home. James Guy will officiate.

Burial will follow in Demopolis Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be John Harris, David Stephens, Mike Hooper Billy Smith, Greg Myers and Terry Calloway.
