JACKSON - Sheila K. Williams and Terry L. Steele were married June 22, 2002, in Las Vegas, Nev. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. J.O. Freshner.

The bride is the daughter of Delbert and Ruby Williams of Jackson and her husband is the son of Gladys Steele of Cape Girardeau and the late Leslie "Bud" Steele.

A graduate of Dexter High School, the new Mrs. Steele received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education and a masters of art teaching degree from Southeast Missouri State University at Cape Girardeau. An elementary art teacher at Thomas W. Kelly Elementary School in Benton, she is also co-owner and manger of Fairfield Estates and Cantaberry Estates in Jackson.

Steele graduated from Cape Central High School in Cape Girardeau and earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Southeast Missouri State University. He is owner and manager of Jackson Door and Window in Jackson.

Following a honeymoon trip to the Mexican Revira and Naples, Fla., the couple is residing in Jackson.
