Anna Adams
PORTAGEVILLE - Anna Marie Adams, 95, died June 11, 2002, in West Memphis, Ark.
Born Oct. 3, 1906, at Oran, daughter of the late Lawrence and Bertha Klipfel Hahn, she was a member of St. Eustachius Catholic Church and the Ladies Sodality.
On June 30, 1930, in Sikeston, she married Clarence H. "Buster" Adams who preceded her in death on April 15, 1981.
Survivors include: two sons, Gerald Adams of Melbourne, Fla., and Paul Adams of Marion, Ark.; three grandchildren, Matt Adams, Elizabeth Melton and Jeff Adams; and five great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Larena Hahn, Rosella Wilkerson, Alma Crain and Virginia Hill; and two brothers, Leo Hahn and Leon Hahn.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today at DeLisle Funeral Home, where a prayer service is scheduled for 7 p.m.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Eustachius Catholic Church with the Rev. Hank Grodecki officiating.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Matt Adams, Jeff Adams, Chris Melton, Tom Telle, Tony Darby and Gary Baker.
