PUXICO - Gary Tennyson, 38, died Oct. 15, 2002, at Three Rivers Healthcare North Campus in Poplar Bluff.

Born April 14, 1964, in Santa Rosa, Calif., son of Jayan Van Bergen of St. Louis and William Tennyson of Petaluma, Calif., he lived in California for many years before moving to Puxico nine years ago. He was employed by the Stoddard County Sheltered Workshop in Dexter.

Survivors in addition to his parents include: one sister, Teresa Bird of Rohnert Park, Calif.; one brother, Robert Tennyson of Pioneer, Calif.; three stepbrothers, Mark Dietlin, Bobby Dietlin and Scott Dietlin of California; and his grandparents, Jay and Helen Hobbs of Puxico.

Visitation begins at 6 p.m. Friday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico.

Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hobbs Chapel Church near Puxico. The Rev. Kim Proffer of Poplar Bluff and the Rev. Wiley McGhee of Puxico will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Hobbs Chapel Cemetery near Puxico.
