Hallean Williams

SIKESTON - Hallean Margaret Oliver Williams, 85, died Nov. 19, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born July 11, 1919, in East Prairie, daughter of the late Burd and Minnie Harrel Oliver, she attended Trinity Gospel Church in Sikeston.

On Oct. 9, 1936, she married Finley Williams who preceded her in death on July 20, 2000.

Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Archie Owens of Cape Girardeau and Sheila and Dr. Larry Bohannon of Sikeston; two sisters, Deloris Bundy of Terrell, Texas, and Bernita Deerwether of Tacoma, Wash.; and three grandchildren, Chris Bohannon and Clint Bohannon of Sikeston and Tim Owens of St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Earline "Fat" Oliver, Leon Oliver, R.D. Oliver and Curtis Oliver.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Ponder Funeral Home where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Larry Davis, pastor of Trinity Gospel Church, will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie.

Pallbearers will be: Jack Britt, Jerry Britt, Lawrence McCain, E.J. Box, Chris Bohannon and Clint Bohannon.
