Miller - Thomas

TALLAPOOSA -- Breanna Mae Miller and David White Thomas have announced their engagement.

The future bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Miller of Tallapoosa and granddaughter of Clarence Miller of Wardell and the late Mrs. Clarence Miller and Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Pickard. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and is a certified personal trainer at the Trim Gym in Jonesboro, Ark.

Her fiance is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Joe C. Thomas of Osceola, Ark., and grandson of Mrs. Joe H. Thomas of Osceola and the late Joe H. Thomas and Mr. and Mrs. Faber A. White. A graduate of Arkansas State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business economics, Thomas served in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a member of K Company 3rd Battalion, 23rd Marines. He is attending flight school and is employed by the municipal airport in Jonesboro.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Osceola.
