POPLAR BLUFF - Jerrold E. Powers, 84, formerly of East Prairie, died at 2:20 a.m. Oct. 11, 2001, at the Three Rivers Healthcare North Campus in Poplar Bluff.
Arrangements are incomplete at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
