Jerry Sneed

BERNIE - Jerry Ray Sneed, 47, died Sept. 12, 2001, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.

Born Dec. 20, 1953, in Dexter, son of Carolyn June Dozier Sneed of Malden and the late Gene Ray Sneed, he was an auto body repairman at Jeremy's Cars Etc. in Dexter.

On March 15, 1996, at Paragould, Ark., he married Claudia J. Glasgow who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include: one daughter, Jene Jewette Sneed of the home; one stepson, James Allen Moody of Bernie; one stepdaughter, Claudia Dale Henderson of Malden; one brother, John Mark Sneed of Advance; two sisters, Audrey Jane Hoggard of Malden and Jannett Kay Stephens of Advance; and four stepgrandsons.

Friends may call from 5:30 to 8 p.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie where services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday.

Burial will follow in the Stevens Cemetery in rural Bernie.
