Leo Duley
DEXTER - Leo Duley, 77, died Sept. 26, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born March 19, 1924, in Malden, son of the late Archie David and Lucy Blevins Duley, he was a carpenter and attended the Second General Baptist Church in Dexter.
On July 24, 1948, at Piggott, Ark., he married Evelyn Rainey who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and David L. Bailey of Dexter; three brothers, Merrill Duley and Lawrence Duley of Dexter and Ray Duley of Bogalusa, La.; one sister, Genevieve Bullock of Flint, Mich.; and one grandson, Joseph Walker.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Melvin Duley; and two sisters, Gwendolyn Duley and Nanthleen Duffie.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. at Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter, where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Vyron Yount and the Rev. Greg Stevens will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
