SIKESTON - Lola Ellen Wagner, 89, formerly of Charleston, died Sept. 15, 2001, at her home.

Born Nov. 25, 1911, in Bowling Green, Ky., daughter of the late L.A. and Joan Bishop Dillard, she lived in Mississippi County most of her life.

Her husband, Seward Wagner, preceded her in death in 1985.

Survivors include: four sons, Wayne Wagner of Yuma, Ariz., Donzel Wagner of Symsonia, Ky., Bob Wagner of Brawley, Calif., and Ron Wagner of Mattawan, Mich.; three daughters, June Adams of Senath, Wilma Arnold of Scott City and Sandra Carter of Sikeston; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by three sons, Dwight Wagner, Orvel Wagner and Kenneth Wagner.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday with Glen Rogers officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.

Pallbearers will be: Bob Wagner, Arnold Wagner, Steve Adams, Chris Wagner, Jon Wagner, Chris Wagner, Alan Dee and Mike Job.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Neal Adams and Terry Adams.
