Carrie Hancock

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. - Carrie Nell Hancock, 85, died Sept. 13, 2001, in Florida.

Born Oct. 4, 1915, in Sikeston, Mo., daughter of the late Frank and Cora Short Mount she was a department store bookkeeper before retiring and member of the First United Methodist Church in Winter Garden, where she lived since 1973.

Survivors include: two daughters, Barbara Ross of Trenton and Jane Goldstein of Tequesta; three sons, Ansell H. Hancock III of Colorado Springs, Colo., Stephen M. Hancock of Eagle River, Alaska, and James M. Hancock of Winter Springs; one sister, Virginia Gallivan of New Madrid, Mo.; and 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

No visitation or services are scheduled.

Collison Funeral Home of Winter Garden was in charge of arrangements.
