MORLEY - Anna Belle Williams, 83, died at 12:03 p.m. Jan. 14, 2002, at the Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston.

Born Nov. 2, 1918, in Brockett, Ark., daughter of the late Emmett Thomas and Ida Mae Sago Harris, she was a cook for Scott County Central High School and a member of the Morley Church of Christ.

On Feb. 21, 1939, in Brockett, she married Luther Paris Williams who preceded her in death on Sept. 29, 1973.

Survivors include: one son, Bob Williams of Cuba, Mo.; three daughters, Betty Williams of Morley, Brenda Hicks of Sikeston and Debbie Austin of Morley; one sister, Mary Buxton of Maynard, Ark.; and 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

One son, two brothers, three sisters and one granddaughter also preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Jarrett Cemetery in Maynard with the Rev. Gary Buxton of Pocahontas, Ark., officiating.

Pallbearers will be: J.L. Williams, Lonnie Williams, Don Dalton, Don McGuirt, Wendell Johnston and Tim Buxton.
