Ama Morgan

LILBOURN - Ama Lee Morgan, 80, died Dec. 5, 2001, at Beverly Healthcare in New Madrid.

Born Dec. 2, 1921, in Newsite, Miss., daughter of the late Jessie Washington and Mattie Osborn Horn, she was a member of the Unity Pentecostal Church in Lilbourn.

On Sept. 24, 1938, in Portageville, she married Harold Morgan who preceded her in death on July 30, 1986.

Survivors include: one son, Henry Morgan of Garberville, Calif.; one daughter, Ouida McCluskey of Vallejo, Calif.; two brothers, Dick Horn and L.C. Horn of Chicago, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandhchild.

One son, Bill Morgan, also preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Unity Pentecostal Church, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday with the Micah Pollack, officiating.

Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
