MINER - The Miner Board of Aldermen Tuesday made no progress on the controversial city hall relocation proposal Tuesday evening. All four aldermen were present for the meeting. No final decision was made in December as to how the purchase of the Clinton property would be finance. "We are still working on avenues of financing," said Board member Janie Berry. Alderman Terry Cole made a motion to conduct a meeting the following Tuesday for the purpose of making those decisions, but James said he would not be able to attend. Alderman Jim Wills said that he was "going to be sick." "It's not what you want, so you're not going to be there, Bill," said Cole. "It's not what the people want," James replied.
