Carel Perry

BERNIE - Carel Glenn Perry, 78, died Dec. 26, 2001, at Beverly Healthcare in Malden.

Born Oct. 7, 1923, son of the late Earl Foster and William Marie Perry, he was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the First Baptist Church at Powe.

Survivors include: three brothers, Wendell McNece of Oxford, Miss., Verl McNece of Bernie and Keith McNece of East Alton, Ill.; and three sisters, Norma Jean Bishop of Ridgeland, Miss., Nina Denisen of St. Charles and Helen Wright of Springfield.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, John McNece and Delmar McNece; and two sisters, Wanda Dillman and Linda Kay Schulte.

Friends may call from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie where services are scheduled at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Keith McNece will officiate.

Burial will follow at the Bethany Cemetery near Campbell.
