SIKESTON - South Kingshighway will be closed from Malone Avenue to South Street from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, weather permitting, while the Sikeston Street Department crew repairs a water leak under the roadway.
The south bound lane of this section of South Kingshighway may be closed on Friday morning as well.
Motorists and residents of this area are asked to use alternative routes to avoid the construction site. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution when traveling at or near a construction site.
