Marguerite Allen

PORTAGEVILLE - Marguerite A. Allen, 50, died Dec. 22, 2001, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born March 23, 1951, in Portageville, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Maggie Howard Allen Sr.

Survivors include: three sons, John Allen and Anthony Allen of Portageville and Walter Allen Jr. of Columbia; and two sisters, Deloris Grant and Bertha Collier of Columbia.

One sister, Dorothy Allen, preceded her in death on May 9, 2000.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. Friday until service time at 1 p.m. at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Reginald Grant will officiate.

Burial will follow in Lily of the Valley Cemetery at Point Pleasant. DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville is in charge of arrangements.
