Dee Sanders

SIKESTON - Dorothea "Dee" Sanders, 63, died Dec. 2, 2001, at her home.

Born Sept. 30, 1938, in Syracuse, N.Y., daughter of Ruth Bryers of Syracuse and the late Karl F. Bryers, she was a member of Shady Acres Church of Christ and had been employed by Bell's Electronics.

Survivors in addition to her mother include: one son, Tommy Sanders of Sikeston; one daughter, Karen Hovey of Eldon; one brother, Karl Bryers of New York; and five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ponder Funeral Home, where a memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. with Pat Hogan, minister of Shady Acres Church of Christ, officiating.
