SCOTT CITY - Mary "Sue" Hink, 62, died at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 8, 2001, at her home.

Born May 24, 1939, at Fornfelt, daughter of the late William Leslie and Nona Belle Lincoln Welker, she was a waitress and barmaid in Cape Girardeau and Scott City.

On May 19, 1957, in Mississippi, she married Richard Gordon Hink who preceded her in death on Jan. 26, 2000.

Survivors include: two sons, Rick Hink and Everett Hink of Scott City; one daughter, Susan Gockel of Scott City; two sisters, Bonnie Englemann of Cape Girardeau and Hester Glueck of Chaffee; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Six brothers, four sisters and one grandchild also preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Harold Higgins, officiating.

Burial will follow in Lightner Memorial Cemetery.
