Tonya Wade Jordan

NEW MADRID - Tonya Marie Wade Jordan, 28, of rural New Madrid, died Nov. 7, 2001, at her home.

Born July 10, 1973, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Charles E. and Judy Kay Truett Wade of Sikeston, she was a 1992 graduate of Sikeston High School. She had been employed by Dr. David Morris at the Delta Veterinary Clinic, Wal-Mart in Sikeston and Plastene Supply Company in Portageville.

Her husband, Jimmy Jordan, survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to her husband and parents include: one sister and brother-in-law, Lorie and Daniel Fisher of Sikeston; paternal grandparents, Will and Thelma Wade of Jackson; one nephew, Dustin Fisher of Sikeston; and one niece, Ashton Fisher of Sikeston.

One sister, Tracey Lee Wade, preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday. Dr. Bryan Anderson, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Jackson, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.

Pallbearers will be: Ronnie Appleton, Kevin Jordan, Chris Rhynerson, Chad Rhynerson, Lonnie Rucker and Chuck King.
