SIKESTON -- Melinda K. Meeker and Christopher Q. Mays were married June 23, 2007, in New Madrid County, by Ron Sexton.
The bride is a graduate of Sikeston High School. She attended Three Rivers College, where she studied nursing. She is the daughter of Barbara and Patrick Squires of Sikeston and David and Terri Meeker of Essex.
The bridegroom is also a Sikeston High School graduate, and a carpenter in Sikeston.
He is the son of Margaret Mays of Sikeston and Larry and Cheryl Mays of the state of Texas.
