SIKESTON - Bobby Dean Ables, 73, died at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 4, 2002, at her daughter's home in Memphis, Tenn.

Born April 25, 1929, in St. Louis, daughter of the late George and Mary Bell Woolford, she was a licensed practical nurse for 21 years at Missouri Delta Medical Center and a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Sikeston.

On Sept. 23, 1945, she married Clennis Ables who preceded her in death on Dec. 23, 1966.

Survivors include: one son, Neil Ables of Sikeston; three daughters, Andrea Lim of Santa Ana, Calif., Cindy Ables of Sikeston and Leslie Brown of Memphis; two brothers, William J. Woolford of Grant's Pass, Ore., and Jerry Woolford of Pevely; one sister, Frances Gierer of St. Charles; and five grandchildren.

One brother, Larry Woolford, also preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Tom Geers, pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
