CHARLESTON - More than 400 stockholders in the Production Credit Association jammed the St. Henry Catholic School here last night to reelect Carl B. Raidt of Sikeston and Paul Bradley of Kewanee to the Board of Directors.

CHARLESTON - The 25-year reunion of the 1957 graduating class of Charleston High School was held July 5 at the Charleston Country Club.


PARMA - An old wooden bridge on Broadwater Road, between Risco and Parma in New Madrid County, is presently being replaced by a new 24 by 72-foot concrete and steel structure by New Madrid County Highway Department employees. The new bridge will be practically maintenance-free and surpass all state specifications and requirements.

SIKESTON - After being named Sikeston High School principal Wednesday, 39-year-old Randie Fidler prepared for a new role. "I am excited about the challenges ahead," Fidler said. "It will be a challenge to follow in the footsteps of Steve Borgsmiller, who was well liked and did an outstanding job." Borgmiller resigned from the position when he was named Sikeston city manager on July 10.


SIKESTON - Lifeguards at the Jaycee Municipal Swimming Pool for the 1992 season are Tracee Williams, Rebecca Harper, Rhonda Evan, Judee Williams, Amanda Dame, Jim Spence, Jennifer Bledsoe, Andy Spence, Jeff Moss and Anna Welton.
