Debbie Metcalf

DEXTER - Debbie Young Metcalf, 45, died June 29, 2004, at her home.

Born Oct. 27, 1958, in Dexter, she was the daughter of Dorothy Young of Dexter and the late George Young.

On June 21, 1997, at Dexter, she married David Metcalf who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to her husband and mother include: four brothers, Ronald Young, Dale Jones and Tommy Jones of Dexter and Albert Lee Jones of Yakima, Wash.; and three sisters, Barbara Jean Groves of Corning, Ark., Mary Wilkerson of De Funiak Springs, Fla., and Patsy Rogers of Lowndes.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Jackie Jones; and one sister, Shirley McAnally.

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Burial followed in the Gravel Hill Cemetery.
