DEXTER - Jeanette Baker, 68, died Oct. 23, 2006, at her home.
Born March 21, 1938, in Hayti, to the late Harley and Margaret Billings Nave, she lived most of her life in the Dexter area. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist belief.
On Nov. 21, 1971, she married Charles Baker, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Chuck Curtis Baker of Moberly; one stepson, Danny Charles Baker of San Antonio; one stepdaughter, Brenda Sadler of Dexter; one brother, Albert Nave of Gibbens, Neb.; one sister, Marslean Ward of Morehouse; and seven grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Curtis Nave; two sisters, Vera Daily and Mary Nave; and one grandson.
No services have been scheduled at this time. Watkins and Sons Funeral Home of Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
