Ruby Duncan
CHAFFEE - Ruby Louis Duncan, 88, died at 7:45 am Jan. 6, 2005, at the Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born June 10, 1916, in Russelville, Ark., daughter of the late James Arthur and Frances Marie Floyd Mason, she was a member of the First Assembly of God Church and former member of Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 48, both in Chaffee.
On Dec. 10, 1937, she married Clyde Hayden Duncan who preceded her in death on May 14, 1997.
Survivors include: one daughter and son-in law, Mary Ann and Carl Kagle of Cape Girardeau; one sister, Bonita Reilly of Kingston, N.Y.; two granddaughters and grandsons-in-law, Debbie and Carroll Williams of Cape Girardeau and Karla and the Rev. David Liebherr of Waukesha, Wis.; 12 great-grandchildren, Lance Ferrell of Cape Girardeau and Mandi Liebherr, David Liebherr, Ellen Liebherr, Clayton Liebherr, Benjamin Liebherr, Jonathan Liebherr, Josiah Liebherr, Abraham Liebherr, Caleb Liebherr, Nathaniel Liebherr and Gabriel Liebherr of Waukesha; and several nieces and nephews.
Three brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday. The Rev. William Marshall, former pastor and the Rev. Darren Larkin, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
Pallbearers will be: Lance Ferrell, Todd Shaw, Sam Duncan, David Kagle Liebherr, Clayton Liebherr and Benjamin Liebherr.
