Mrs. Carter is the former Andrea Gregg, daughter of Kenny and Doris Gregg of Parma. She is a paramedic for Cape County Private Ambulance.
Carter, son of David and Cathy Carter of Poplar Bluff, is a firefighter and emergency medical technician with Jackson Fire and Rescue.
Moore
SIKESTON - Jeremy and Kerry Moore are the parents of their third child, second son, born at 4:16 a.m. March 11, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Ethan Joseph Moore weighed 9 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21-inches long.
The former Kerry Bryant, Mrs. Moore is the daughter of Terry and Sharon Bryant of Sikeston. She is a teacher at the Sikeston Kindergarten Center.
Moore, son of Gaile Presley of Sikeston, is an officer with the Sikeston Department of Pubic Safety.

Mrs. Layton is the former Stine Clark, daughter of Patrisha Maurer of Cleveland, Ohio, and Larry Clark of Cape Girardeau.

SIKESTON - Tracy Ann Lemkau and Vesteen Taylor Jr. are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born at 7:51 a.m. March 12, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Trinity Louise Abigail Taylor weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19-inches long.
Lemkau, daughter of Debbie Steinnerd of Perryville and Kearney Lemkau of Eugene, Ore., is employed by the Sikeston Bowling Center.
Taylor is the son of Junita Taylor of Essex and the late Vesteen Taylor.
