COLUMBIA -- Tim and Karen Savage of Belton have announced the engagement of their daughter, Pamela Rowe, to James Carr, son of Charles and Mary Carr of Sikeston. The future bride is also the daughter of James and Theresa Rowe of Arnold.
Rowe will graduate in May from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in secondary English education.
The prospective bridegroom, who will graduate in May from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in finance and banking, is employed with Union Planters Bank.
Wedding plans are under way for a July 19 ceremony at the First Christian Church in Columbia.
