Kenneth Sitz

ESSEX - Kenneth Sitz, 55, died April 18, 2003, from injuries sustained in a car accident near Bloomfield.

Born Nov. 2, 1947, in Detroit, Mich., son of Clarence Sitz of Essex and the late Delphia L. Sawyer Sitz, he was a lifelong resident of Essex and served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.

Survivors in addition to his father include one sister, Nancy Wood of Dexter.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Debra Lynn Sitz.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Mike Brown of Essex officiating.

Burial will follow in the Essex Cemetery in Essex.
