WYATT - Preston Wayne and Lisa Carol Norton are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 9:43 p.m. Feb. 28, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Preston Gage Norton weighed 5 pounds, 7 ounces and was 17 1/2-inches long.

Mrs. Norton is the former Lisa Finley, daughter of Nancy Ames of Wyatt and Mr. and Mrs. James Finley of Portageville. She is employed by Gates Rubber Company in Charleston.

Norton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Norton of Henning, Tenn., is employed by Good Humor-Breyers in Sikeston.

WHITEWATER - Douglas Wayne and Krystal Nichole Anderson are the parents of their fifth child, fourth daughter, born at 11:29 a.m. Feb. 28, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Krystan Marie Anderson weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces and was 18-inches long.

Mrs. Anderson is the daughter of Kenny and Teresa Glasser of Whitewater and Terry Ward of Sikeston.

Anderson, son of Evelyn Nance of Whitewater and Gene Anderson of Advance, is employed by Rubbermaid in Jackson.

SIKESTON - Howard Steven and Lori Michelle Parker are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born at 1:10 p.m. March 2, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Natalie Grace Parker weighed 8 pounds and was 21-inches long.

The former Lori Miner, Mrs. Parker is the daughter of Louell Miner of Orlando, Fla.

Parker, son of Howard and Jeanette Parker of Sikeston and Nora Rodriguez Vissepo of Bayaman, Puerto Rico, is safety manager for Big Lake Transport Incorporated.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Roger and Pat Poindexter are the parents of two adopted children, a daughter, Morgan Natalie Joy Poindexter, born Dec. 22, 2002; and a son, Ryan Joshua Gene Ellis, born Jan. 20, 2003.

Grandparents are Theo and Jo Poindexter of Marion, Ky., formerly of Sikeston, Mo.; and Gene and Nell Quarles of Pontotoc, Miss.
