Everett Masters
CROWDER - Charles Everett Masters Sr., 86, died March 14, 2003, at his home.
Born March 19, 1916, in Vanduser, son of the late Lee A. and Tora Sheer Masters, he was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Sikeston. He was service department manager for Aufdenberg John Deere and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
On March 8, 1941, he married Helen Mae Graham who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Charles E. "Chuck" Masters Jr. of Paducah, Ky.; and one sister, Kay Parrish of Seattle, Wash.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Rick Lasley, pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Old Morley Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Jerry Aufdenberg, Gerald Yeargain, Cecil Owens, Keith Davidson, Jim Hodges and Steve Shelton.
