Anna Lee Quade

BURFORDVILLE - Anna Lee Quade, 78, died April 4, 2005, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born March 2, 1927, in Oak Ridge to the late Oscar and Anna Hahs Schweer, she was employed by the former International Shoe Co. in Jackson for 32 years and was a member of the Burfordville Baptist Church.

On Aug. 24, 1945, in Jackson, she married Cleman Quade, who preceded her in death on Nov. 5, 1997.

Survivors include: two sons, John and Cleman Quade Jr. of Jackson; two daughters, Susan Dry of Jackson and Laura Pinkerton of Mesquite, Texas; one brother, Melvin "Bud" Schweer of Benton; two sisters, Marjorie Proffer of Whitewater and Wanda Brown of Jackson; and 11 grandchildren and 20 great-

grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Morris Cobb will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
