Hadie Blissett
ST. LOUIS - Hadie DeLois Blissett, 57, died at 1:20 a.m. Sept. 21, 2003, at Christian Hospital Northeast in St. Louis.
Born Dec. 8, 1945, in Earle, Ark., daughter of the late Rev. E.L. and Lillie M. Blissett, she was a graduate of Scott County Central High School. She was employed by Ford Motor Company in St. Louis.
In 1969, she married Curtis Watson who preceded her in death. She later married Prince Timmons.
Survivors include: her stepmother, Frances Blissett of Columbus, Ohio; one son, Tyrone Watson of St. Louis; one daughter, Rhonda Timmons of St. Louis; seven brothers, Johnny Blissett of Oran, Eddie Blissett and Ted Blissett of Sikeston, David Blissett of Suffolk, Va., Willie Blissett of Cincinnati, Ohio, Stanley Blissett of Virginia Beach, Va., and Terry Blissett of St. Louis; 12 sisters, Rosie Lovett of Milwaukee, Wis., Ethel Alexander of Danville, Ill., Ann Rushton of Youngstown, Ohio, Dorothy Watson of Peoria, Ill., Alice Fowler and Shirley Moon of Sikeston, Faye Allen and Brenda Fort of Columbus, Debbie Arnold of St. Louis, SeLista Dorsey and Sondra Huggins of Killeen, Texas, Brenetta White of Virginia Beach; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the Austin-Layne Mortuary in St. Louis.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ in St. Louis with Bishop Lawrence Brown officiating.
Burial will follow in the St. Peters Cemetery in St. Louis.
Her brothers and nephews will serve as pallbearers.
