Ines Whitehead

PEVELY - Ines Whitehead, 78, died Sept. 24, 2003, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City.

Born Nov. 26, 1924, at Naylor, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Pearl Rines.

Her husband, Ralph L. Whitehead, preceded her in death on April 5, 1978.

Survivors include: two sons, Clifford Whitehead and Carl Whitehead of Pevely; one sister, Evelyn Rabnor of Torrence, Calif.; and nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

One brother and three sisters also preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. Saturday until service time at 2 p.m. at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie. The Rev. Ralph Buckley will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
