Annie Robbins

MARSTON - Annie Lorene Robbins, 79, died Sept. 14, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born April 25, 1924, in Saltilo, Tenn., daughter of the late Fred and Joanna Whittemore, she was a member of the Free Trinity Pentecostal Church in Marston.

On July 16, 1951, in Piggott, Ark., she married Tommy Robbins who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one daughter, Martha McKinney of Thebes; two sons, Dale Thomas Robbins of Charleston and Glen Robbins of Malden; two sisters, Lilly Coatney and Louise Brown of Morehouse; and 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, four brothers, one grandson and one great-grandson.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Earl Davidson will officiate.

Burial will follow in Mounds Park Cemetery near Lilbourn.
