Glenn Gregory
CAPE GIRARDEAU - Glenn E. Gregory, 68, died July 28, 2003, at his home.
Born Aug. 3, 1934, at Grant City, son of the late Earl T. and Mable Marie Pack Gregory, he was member of Bethany Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau and former member of the Morley Baptist Church. He formerly owned and operated Gregory's Trucking, which has been leased to Roberts Express Truck Line for the past 12 years.
On Feb. 2, 1955, in Hernando, Miss., he married Wilma L. Russell. She died on March 10, 2003.
Survivors include: a son, Russell Gregory of Chaffee; two daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret Carey and Edwin Jasper of Cape Girardeau and Lisa and Michael Pobst of Sikeston; two brothers, James Gregory of Benton and Thomas Gregory of Hernando, Fla.; five sisters, Billie Bell of Bloomfield and Deanie Bollinger, Lou Nell Curtner, Alma Creed and Bessie Fields of Sikeston; five grandchildren, Justin Pobst of Farmington, Stephen Pobst of Sikeston, Brad Gregory of Jackson and Amy Warner and Travis Gregory of Chaffee; and three great-grandchildren, Jaesa Warner of Chaffee, Alyssa Gregory of Jackson and Gracie Warner of Chaffee.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Richard Krueger will officiate.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
