Carolyn Hazel

LEBANON, Ill. - Carolyn S. Hazel, 55, died March 5, 2004, at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, Mo.

Born April 2, 1948, in Sikeston, Mo., she was the daughter of the late James and Alberta Miller Hazel.

One sister, two brothers and one nephew also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: three brothers, Harold Hazel of Mayestown, Jimmie Hazel of Advance, Mo., and Homer Hazel of Wright City, Mo.; and one sister, Billie Hester of O'Fallon, Mo.

Services were conducted at 11 a.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, Mo. The Rev. Keith Price officiated.

Burial followed in the New Morley Cemetery at Morley, Mo.
