Charles Hill

LANCASTER, Calif. - Charles G. Hill, 71, formerly of Sikeston, Mo., died Oct. 12, 2004, Lancaster.

Born Nov. 13, 1932, in Sikeston, son of the late Marvin and Lena Hill, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. His wife, Helen Boardman Hill, preceded him in death.

Survivors include: one son, Brad Hill of Boron; two daughters, Rhonda Hill of Mountain View and Tammy Hill of Brookings, Ore.; two brothers, John Hill of Whitehouse, Tenn., and Bill Hill of Sikeston; two sisters, Bessie McElyea and Betty Roth of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; and three grandsons, Caleb Hill, Cody Hill and Chad Hill of Boron.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Willis Hill.

A memorial services was conducted Oct. 17 at the Church of Christ in Boron.
