Charleston fire personnel responded to a report of a fire in a shed next to the residence at 713 West Marshall about 10:17 a.m. Thursday. "It wasn't anything major," said Robert Hearnes, director of the Charleston Department of Public Safety. The fire was soon extinguished and the scene was cleared by about 10:50 a.m. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
