Betty Lewis

ADVANCE - Betty Jean Lewis, 69, died Oct. 16, 2007, at the Advance Nursing Center.

Born Feb. 14, 1938, at Gipsy, to the late William and Esther Gribler Gregory, she was a retired factory worker and of the General Baptist belief.

Survivors include: one son, Darrell Meador of Advance; one daughter, Debbie Litton of Dexter; one brother, William Gregory of Flushing, Mich.; one sister, Dathel Kynion of Advance; and five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Friday at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance. The Rev. Ronnie Winchester will officiate.

Burial will follow in Berrong Cemetery in Gipsy.
