PORTAGEVILLE - Jetessa Mariaka J'neice Polk, the eight-month-old daughter of Jessica Gordon and Jeffrey Poke of Portageville, died Aug. 25, 2005, at the Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born Dec. 7, 2004, at Hayti.
Surviving in addition to her parents are: four sisters, Janika Mcintyre of Portageville and Sherica Robinson, Genecia Polk and Jasmine Polk of Hayti; two brothers, Carlos McGee and Jesston Polk of Portageville; and her grandparents, Maude Gordon Conrad and Michael Conrad of Portageville, Ruby Polk of Hayti and Robert Polk of Toledo, Ohio.
Visitation will begin at noon Saturday at the DeLisle Funeral Home until time for services at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. G. Mitchell will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bud Jones, Daniel Gooden, Leonard Boyd and Robert Polk.
