BERNIE - Aaron McKuin, 82, died Feb. 25, 2006, at his home.
Born Nov. 13, 1923, at Formosa, Ark., son of the late George Washington and Iva Lee Bone McKuin, he was a farmer and a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army.
On March 9, 1946, at Piggott, Ark., he married Rosalee Collins who preceded him in death on June 26, 2005.
Three brothers, Archie McKuin, Dick McKuin and Carl Dean McKuin; and two sisters, Clyda Trafford and Erma Williams also preceded him in death.
Survivors include: three sons, Dicky Allen McKuin and Aaron Dewayne McKuin of Dexter and Michael Thomas McKuin of Bernie; one daughter, Susan Kaye Meese of Bernie; one brother, Bob McKuin of Morrilton; one sister, Sue Blakeney of Springfield; and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is form 5 until 8 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday with Stan Dauck officiating.
Burial with full military honors will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
