SIKESTON -- Valerie Rae Dalton Greer, 52, died Nov. 20, 2007, at her home.
Born Aug. 20, 1955, in Dexter, daughter of Vernon "Buck" Dalton of Pocahontas, Ark., and Helen Maxine Dalton of Sikeston, she had been a security guard at Fleming and a manager at Rhodes 101.
Survivors include: three sons, Brian Greer of St. Louis and Ricky Greer and Robin Hosey of Sikeston; two daughters, Cortney Marvin and Elainna Webb of Sikeston; eight brothers, Steve Dalton, Keith Bozell, Kevin Bozell and Greg Noyes of Sikeston and Mike Dalton, Larry Davis, Ronnie Davis and Rick Umfress of Niles, Mich.; six sisters, Belinda "Pumpkin" Bryan and Retha Lee of Sikeston and Diane Laman, Donna Laman, Tonya Dingess and Teresa Hands of Niles; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Gerald "Buster" Dalton, and one sister, Pamela Sue Smith.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services at noon Saturday at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Burial will follow in the Dalton Cemetery near Doniphan.
