In 1934 she and Oren moved to a farm near Caruthersville, Mo., before moving again in 1944 to a farm near Oran, Mo., where she lived until she relocated to Prescott in 1987.

Trudell McMackins was a quiet person who loved horses and her pets. She enjoyed reading, especially histories and biographies of our developing country. She also loved travel and considered herself privileged to see many beautiful places in the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii, Mexico, Canada and several European countries.
She was a charter member of Hooe Baptist Church near Oran, where she taught Sunday school and vacation Bible school many years.
She will be greatly missed by those she left behind, but we look forward to the happy reunion to come.
