POPLAR BLUFF - Joey Mack made it two-for-two at the Poplar Bluff Speedway in Poplar Bluff, MO, as he captured his second straight victory in dominating fashion last Saturday night.
The young Benton, Missouri driver lapped up to the third place car en route to the $1,200 payday.
Needless to say, Joey was excited about the past weekend and his recent success at Poplar Bluff. Joey also reached victory lane at the Missouri speedplant back on March 19.
"Our car was just awesome last Saturday night," stated the driver of the High's Gift Shop / Jay Cookson Farms / Boomland #97m GRT / Kuntz machine. "In fact, that was the best car I have ever driven.
Now I hope that our recent success can carry over to the MARS Series. We have three races this weekend to kick off their season and it would be nice to get off to a solid start point-wise."
