SIKESTON - Everyone has a niche. For Carrie McMillen, it's definitely spelling. The 14-year-old was named a finalist in the semi-final competition of the district division of the Scripps Howard National Spelling Bee conducted Feb. 25 at the Sikeston Middle School. I couldn't believe it! I kept thinking 'oh my gosh, oh my gosh!'"
