SCOTT CITY - Tonya and Bradley Uelsmann are the parents of twins, second son, first daughter, born at 2:42 p.m. Feb. 10, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Blade Harrison Uelsmann weighed 4 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 18 inches long. Ava Brae Uelsmann weighed 3 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Sam and Jan Gill of Dexter and Janiece Gill of Cape Girardeau.

Paternal grandparents are Jim and Anita Uelsmann of Scott City.

CHARLESTON - Chaka Murray and Tyrone Dunnigan are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born Feb. 10, 2006, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Kahliya Tyshea Dunnigan weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Chris Murray and Jerome Robinson.

Paternal grandparents are Cornelia and Henry Treadwell.

PORTAGEVILLE - Latasha Willis and Chad Hickson are the parents of their second child, second daughter, born at 10:50 a.m. Feb. 10, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Kaylee Beth Hickson weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Sandie McCoy of Sikeston and Jose Rojas of Harlingen, Texas.

Paternal grandparents are Tony and Judy Hickson of Portageville.
