SIKESTON -- Marcie Anne Eaves and Andrew Charles Lawson were united in marriage during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony May 19, 2007, at St. Francis Xavier Church in Sikeston. The Rev. Scott Sunnenburg officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Marc and Jane Eaves of Sikeston, and the bridegroom is the son of Bill and Lisa Lawson of Sikeston and David and Laura Martin of St. Peters.

Providing music for the occasion were vocalist Stuart Matthews and musician Nora Fuchs. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Emily Titlow of Roswell, Ga. Maiden of honor was Emily Eaves of Sikeston, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Katie Lape, Kelly HeiRonimus and LeAnn Pearson, all of Sikeston; Stephanie Lawson of Sikeston, sister of the bridegroom; Andrea Serio of Huntsville, Ala.; and Meredith Rawlings of Macomb, Miss.

Best man was Mark Grimes of Sikeston. Groomsmen were Brad Anderson of St. Peters, brother of the bridegroom; Evan Hammond of Marion, Ind.; Kyle Schlosser of Columbia; John McDonough of Three Rivers, Mich.; Jamie McCoy of Jackson; Scott Baker of Louisville, Ky.; and Nathan Eaves of Sikeston, brother of the bride.

Ushers were Kye Lawrence of Sikeston; Jon Clark of O'Fallon; Heath McGill of Park Hills; and Brandon McKinnon of Imperial. Acolytes were Gavin O'Brien and Mary Liz Klueppel.

A reception was held at the church parish center. Polly Bradford of Advance, aunt of the bride; and Jamie Qualls of Sikeston, friend of the couple, served as reception assistants.

Following a honeymoon to Riveria Maya in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the new Mr. and Mrs. Lawson are making their home in Sikeston.
